I'm really pleased to welcome you to my portal. As you may know, this is a passion project, and has been in the works for rather a long time. I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist, and I'm currently working on the premise of "done is better than perfect" (and in doing so, I'm stepping firmly out of my comfort zone and into the unknown!)
Over the next few months there will be many updates and additions - this is a glorious work in progress, so please check back from time to time.
I'll be starting in Autumn/Winter 2022 with a Lymphatics and Vagus mini-course, which will precede a more formal and substantial offering in Spring 2023. Also in the works are workshops in subjects such as Restorative Exercise, Perimenopause and Gut Health, so keep your eyes peeled!

The offerings on this platform are intended to help fulfill that prediction, and as a UK registered Chiropractor who has trained extensively in a range of healing modalities, my aim is to wholistically integrate my knowledge and skills sets in order to provide better information and learning opportunities to help YOU gain self-knowledge, empowerment, and skills to take better care and to help you restore your health naturally - never before in the history of humanity has there been a better, or more poignant time to do so.
